Green Smoothie
Green Smoothies are one of the best weight loss options. Check out some of my recipes below. I have found that when I started drinking a green smoothie every morning, my weight loss accelerated and I felt even better. Today my green smoothies also include a variety of superfoods, but plain fruit and spinach are the best green smoothies to get started with.
The “green” in green smoothies come from the green veggies that you add to the smoothies. My go-to green is spinach – it doesn’t change the taste of the smoothie and gives you a great burst of energy in the AM!
