Couple quick updates:
- I never heard back from Diana the trainer after our first session. She seemed really bright and I liked her style of doing alternative exercises but I am guessing her very high level of business travel probably means less training clients.
- I’ve been able to do the larger 24oz smoothies in the morning with no issue so I plan to continue – takes a bit longer to prep but I like it.
I think the next week I’ve decided to have no pasta – I know that the pasta and the rice are the two bad things left in the meal plan. Apparently the carbs in the pasta become like sugar within the body and then they are holding me back from losing all the weight I want. So we will give it a try with no pasta for a week and hopefully I can go a lot longer.
Let’s not forget that it’s been 9 months with no fast food. And then I decided to go a week without eating burgers or other red meat and it now about 60 days without a burger.
Assuming all goes well, I will look to remove the rice in about a week. I will be subbing in vegetables and I guess more vegetables instead of the pasta.
