I am visiting family this weekend and since I am now required to have two smoothies a day (ha!), I needed to pick up some spinach. I am assuming Smoothie King doesn’t have spinach so I will bring some and hopefully they will add it to the smoothies I purchase.
At the local supermarket, they had 3 choices of spinach: the bagged kind that all grocery stores offer, a plastic container of organic spinach which was very expensive, and a huge bunch of spinach. I went with the bunch – it was $1.99 which seemed reasonable. It is by far the largest quantity of spinach I have ever purchased. See picture below for photo evidence of said spinach. I have 2 full days here so let’s see how far I can get on this bunch.
