Smoothie a Day Subscriber Smoothies!

Last month I launched the Smoothie a Day newsletter (signup here). The subscriber list went up 400% in our first month! The most awesome part are the emails I’ve been getting nearly daily from people who tell me they are just starting drinking green smoothies and want to be healthy. I truly believe that one of the top reasons I keep losing weight are the green smoothies I drink every single morning.

The smoothie newsletter gives you a healthy smoothie each weekday. Friday is our “dessert smoothie” and Monday will feature my personal recipes. It would be great if you would join our growing family of smoothie lovers. And lastly, shoot me an email on (allen-at-letstalkfitness-dot-com) with your smoothie photos.

I briefly asked subscribers to send in photos of the smoothies they are making. Later this year I plan to share reader recipes in the newsletter. It is SO awesome that the first two reader photos arrived in my mailbox.

This first one is from Donna from Halifax in Canada. I wish I had a view of such colorful buildings! Those buildings just make me smile. Her smoothie uses dark-colored berries and as I’ve noted before, dark berries means kind of ugly colored smoothie. They taste awesome and if the color bothers you, get a cup that you can’t see inside :)

Next up is Lauren’s Superfood Smoothie – this one came out a nice pink color. Her smoothie has spinach and flax and chia and berries and more.
