I keep saying it but it is so interesting how priorities have changed for me. Today I am excited to buy kitchen gadgets whereas the old me would never have spent hundreds of dollars on some kitchen stuff – the money would have went to some new electronics gadget. With that said, I bought a whole bunch of neat items the last few days so I wanted to share. Below is a video of my “kitchen gadget haul” and here are the items included in the video:
- Personal Watermelon – so tasty
- Grater set – when Lisa cooked with me, she brought her box grater – this appears to be like the next generation because you can grate right into the box and it takes up less space
- Slim spatula – this supposedly helps you get the stuff out of a blender after you are done blending
- Skeestore Veggiesteam – it’s a steamer insert you can stick inside any pot to steam your veggies – I am looking forward to trying out the sweet potato slices we made because they were awesome
- Blendtec – finally purchased the Blendtec. I got it with both the Wildside jar and the regular jar – not exactly sure I need the regular jar but I guess I am now all set for blending. I made my first smoothie this morning and it was awesome.
