Sally had some issues with her leg but the doctors said that everything was good to go on her year of transformation. Sally’s phase 1 goal was 85 pounds and hit 250 pounds. Sally ended phase 1 at 258 pounds, 8 pounds short of the goal.

Sally’s phase 2 goal is 50 pounds. Phase 2 is when Chris leaves and Sally is on her own. During the phase, Chris noticed via the webcam that Sally wasn’t working out and made an unannounced visit to her house at the 150 day mark. When Chris weighed her in, she had gained 5 pounds since he left at the end of phase 1.

Sally ended phase 2 at 238 and lost 20 pounds coming in 30 pounds short of the goal.

Chris asked Sally to move in with him and his wife Heidi for the next 2 weeks. Sally worked out but Chris and Heidi realized that Sally has to way up her workout levels to make sure her heart rate was in the right range to burn off the fat.

Sally’s phase 3 goal was to be at 199 or less to be able to get the skin surgery. She lost 28 pounds during the phase with 37% total lost to-date. The doctor felt like Sally wasn’t a good candidate for the surgery at that time but did say that if she was able to get to the right weight, he would be happy to re-evaluate her for the surgery.

Sally ended the year losing 138 pounds and a final weight of 197 pounds – congrats to Sally!!
