Personal Motivational Posters to Inspire You

Here are some thoughts for motivation and inspiration for the coming week. If you would like even more motivation, check out my Motivational Posters Pinterest board. I came across a fortune cookie quote today that read, “always show your best smile, you may meet your soulmate next”. This is my gameplan for the upcoming week!

I SO freaking love this poster because it is SO true. If we eat a whole cake or a whole pizza or whatever, everyone will see it tomorrow. And the next day. And the week after. And three years from now. Reminds me of that old phrase, “minute on your lips, lifetime on your hips.”

I’ve never really celebrated my birthday – I guess I didn’t have much to be excited about. But my birthday is in a couple months and this year I’d really like to celebrate about all the amazing things I’ve accomplished the last year. I love the motivational poster below – imagine if we all got up each day and it was like our birthday!

This next one is true as well. I’ve learned after the first few weeks of working out with Jake that I am stronger than I think I am. I can walk more stairs than I think I could. I can pull him in the dog sled drills further than I ever imagined I could. I think we are ONLY limited by our mind.

It’s easy to sit on Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, whatever. Trust me, there will be time after the workout to like a photo on Instagram, reply to your friend on Facebook, etc. In fact, I’ve found that as I workout more, I’ve had more time to do other things – kinda weird how that works, eh?

And if nothing up above gets you motivated….here is a picture of a cat. And one day things will get better but only if you work to make them better. Many of my entrepreneurial friends say that luck comes to those who work hard.

Now go workout or make a smoothie or clean the house. This is YOUR week to kick butt. I certainly am planning to kick all sorts of butt this week.
